Day One of Many to Follow
Ok, So here I am sitting here in the middle of the night trying to figure out what I am doing. I have never had a blog, well maybe a little one- Even so this might be good, it will aloow me to chatter, rant, rave and etc at will:) Now that can’t be too bad ..
I lost 1 measly pound this week- One would think as heavy as I am I would lose more, but I have to blame it partially on the darn meds I have to take and lack of movement. I’m alot more active than I used to be, but still I could do more!!
About 2 weeks ago I switched back to the Weight Watchers plan and so far even tho the weight isn’t spectacular, it’s going down.. Shoot I weght the same as I did three years ago and when I think of all the money I have invested… Mind boggling- One the other hand, what would have happened if I had NOT invested?? Would I be? Like Rita? It wouldn’t be surprising- I simply can not become her. To be held prisonor in my own body, unable to walk, to enjoy even the simplest pleasures because you are too fat to get there:(( It simply can not happen!!!

WOW you lost 1 whole pound that is absolutely fabulous!!!! Someone blogged on here a few days ago that losing one pound is like losing 4 whole sticks of butter. 1 pound seems like so much more now huh?!! I also do the weight watchers point system and I love the flexibility. I just have to remember to be really honest and write everything down….like those extra 4 bites I had of spaghetti last night…ooops!!! You can do this. Have faith in yourself and never give up!!

It’s kind of how we percieve things isn’t it?? When you look at the scale, it’s such a tiny movement, that one pound loss. But, like you said, 4 sticks of butter- Yup, pretty dern good
oh BTW, I didn’t lose 47 pounds in the past hour, I edited it to show me how far I have come
Welcome to buddy slim. 1 pound is alot, it shows you are doing something right! Congrats!

Before this site, I had never blogged before either…so I’m a little shy at first and don’t blog regularly…but I think I’m getting into it more.
Welcome to the Wildcats team too!
Welcome! And congrats on your loss! Any loss is good, and keep up the hard work! I had never blogged before either, but I find it really helps! You can do this!!

One pound is still awesome. It’s one pound out of the way towards your goal. Imagine what will happen when you add in some physical stuff too. Keep working towards your goal girl. As far as Weight Watchers is concerned, at least you have knowledge about it and not brand new. Some people start plans and are clueless about where to begin. You on the other hand know about the plan so your that much more better off. Good luck!
